When I was a child my family and I always traveled to the South of Chile. My mom allways put some Inti Illiman's and Los Jaivas' discs, and my father put on the radio some discs about Soda Stereo and Luis Alberto Spinetta. Every summer the same songs.

I was not aware of how much I really liked that music, but when I was 13 or 14 years old I started listening my own music: The Smiths, The Cure... but I didn't felt like in summer. So I started listening by my own that bands.

Also my best friend has family on Argentina, so when I started going more to her home, her family always always listened Soda and Spinetta's music.

So, I always loved Cerati and Spinetta, but last year I listened for the first time "Cementerio Club" from Pescado Rabioso, a band of Spinetta and I felt like in summer again. It's like feeling like a child again, in my farther's car, on the road, with my dad singing at night, my brothers sleeping and also my best friend, her home, her family and out afternoons with two cups of tea.

I tkink that music is more than just some chords and lyrics, it's also about the place and the time, the people and the memories with it.

My best holidays




























      My best holidays ever were this summer because I traveled with my best friends to the south of Chile just with our backpacks.   We decided to travel without a define destination, so first we went to my grandmothers house in Cañete and we were there four days and we visited some lakes next to the house like Lanalhue and Lleu Lleu.              Then we made our backpacks and we started the most fun and exhausting part. We started hitchhiking for the first time in my life.        The first day we go to Villarica and there my dad invited us to a cabin next to the native forest. It was full of beautiful birds and trees like Canelos and Ulmos.             We take a interurban bus to Panguipulli and lunch in the lake some bread and juice. The next day we decided to hitchhike far. That was our only destination.      Today in this blog I'm going to answer to 4 questions about different kinds of violence.   The questions are:        So, fist: My opinion about owning an exotic pet:         I think that today the exotic pet's industry is huge. In Tailandia they have a big problem with animal's trafic. They sell snakes, monkeys or tigers and they become rich with it.            They abuse of these animals making them live in little cages, removing the teeths and a lot of other horrible behaviors.             This is violonce to beautiful kind and tender creatures for the human fun.           About violence on television:     I try not to watch to much TV because I think that is full of different kinds of violence: on news, in national and international TV series, but the worse kind of violence is in reallity shows.      Reallity shows are made to insult, embarrass, hit and make fun of people in a close space, exhibiting the most horrible behaviors of humans beings just for ...

English Language Challenges




























          At the school I was not a bad student of English, but I never understood the importance of it until I had English at university. Now I know that I need to learn this language because of my major and because I want to have more  opportunities in the rest of the world with my major such as reading papers or writing them, and also for the rest of my life, for example knowing other people or traveling alone without the need of other people to traslate. I want to do it by myself.      The use of blog at the beginning was not so important to me because I dind't understand why we should do it, but in time I saw it. Writing my ideas helped me to take out all my  knowledge and also what I was learning class by class. Now I can see it.       I need to improve a lot of aspects of my English, like grammar, spelling and talking, and all that is important to me for my major.
